I believe supportive therapy can help anyone lead a more fulfilling life. I aim to help you develop the tools to understand your emotions and free yourself from negative patterns of thought – and behaviour.
I also offer supervision to trainees as well as qualified counsellors and psychotherapists.

Anxiety and fear of failure can be crippling. Stress – especially in a competitive city like London – can lead to social anxiety, the inability to unplug from work, or conflicts with colleagues and friends.
Even good relationships can be demanding, while bad ones can be destructive. Together we can address emotional, sexual or financial conflicts, or why you're struggling to find a meaningful relationship.
Depression, loneliness, frustration, anger and resentment can taint your life – and your relationships. Therapy can help you break free from harmful patterns of negative feelings, for a harmonious approach to life.
If you struggle with self-sabotaging behaviour such as addictions, affairs, gambling, eating disorders or other out-of-control habits, therapy can help. Investigating what underpins this behaviour can break negative patterns.

Many people find it difficult to discuss fees for therapy, as therapy is so personal. I believe it’s best to be transparent and clear. Fees for ongoing therapy start at £100 for a 50-minute session. My fee for an initial session (which may last longer than 50 minutes) is also £100.
If you are looking for a reduced fee place, please contact me directly to discuss.
Some clients see me once a week, however I am qualified to offer multiple sessions in a week. Session frequency is adapted to your personal needs and situation.
